To Help You Plan Your Event

In order to plan a successful event you will first need to know the basics. Listed below are some of the top subjects that clients want to know about before they secure their date.

Catering Policy

Although at this time our venue allows for self-catering, the preference is for your event to use a licensed caterer or a catering company. The option to self-cater can be removed at any time without notice.

Security Policy

For reasons of safety of all guests and Marist Hall, security will be a requirement of renting the Hall.  Marist Hall uses Varela Security Agency LLC.

Beverage Policy

At this time our venue allows self-serve beer and wine.  If you prefer a full bar at your event please plan to hire a traveling bar service.  You will be required to provide proof of this activity 30 days prior to your event. 


 We have over 300 free parking spaces available for your event.


Security Deposit

In order to secure your date you will need to be prepared to make your deposit at the time of contract signing.


Event Insurance Policy

You will be required to provide Special Event Insurance for your event. Sometimes referred to as “one-day insurance,” it can be obtained privately through many insurance companies.
